結果

48 家 Current Client company observations 已全部轉成逐帳戶 evidence-gate matrix；這是研究執行表，不是 intent score、ranking、MQA／SQL 判定或 contact list。

• 24 家 research_now：主要 blocker 是 current program 與 design authority；六種 bounded discovery motion 已全數指派。
• 14 家 validate_account_structure：先解 parent／legal entity／business unit／CRM relationship owner。
• 6 家 ecosystem_motion_only：先確認 compatibility、co-design 或 reference-architecture objective，不當成 end-customer prospect。
• 1 家 validate_official_evidence：先補強官方來源。
• 3 家 do_not_develop：保留 negative signal 或 acquired／legacy entity 排除。

Evidence coverage

• 48／48 有 direct HTTPS official evidence URL。
• 17／48 有官方日期；只有 3 家同時具有 dated positive official signal。
• 30／48 已有完整 capture／sync／inference／Re-ID／workflow ownership split。
• 19 家 relationship evidence path 為 high confidence，29 家為 medium。
• 0 家已確認 current YUAN-relevant program，0 家已確認 design authority／sourcing，0 家 outreach-ready。

與 360-company market evidence index 的 crosswalk 顯示 45／48 家可依 exact normalized company name 與 domain 一致對上；30 家來自 apollo_current_client_expansion、15 家來自 landscape_expansion。ABB、Jacobs 與 Veo Robotics 是 master 中保有官方證據但位於 index 外的三家；Veo 維持 do_not_develop。其他 315 個 market-index domains 沒有因為研究 fit 而被誤標為 Apollo relationship。

前兩個 relationship evidence packs 原始 schema 沒有後續 packs 的 strategic_role／abm_fit 欄位，因此 crosswalk 保留 null，不事後補分。這是 schema boundary，不是負面評估。

日期只是 company or product signal，不是購買意圖。Matrix 中的 false 表示「repository evidence 未確認」，不代表 private CRM 或現實世界一定不存在。

五個 gate

1. Account identity and relationship：exact legal entity、Current Client relationship 與 YUAN owner。
2. Official company and product evidence：current official source、product boundary 與 hierarchy。
3. Current program and business unit：named platform、deployment 或 refresh。
4. Technical whitespace and design authority：五層 ownership、bounded YUAN complement 與 sourcing authority。
5. Lawful outreach readiness：named role、verified business contact、lawful basis、suppression、jurisdiction 與 owner approval，全部留在 private system。

本輪環境沒有暴露 Apollo MCP endpoint；matrix 只使用已完成的唯讀公司層級 Apollo snapshot 與 repository official evidence。沒有 contact lookup、PII、Apollo record ID、CRM write、enrichment、export、sequence、campaign 或 customer contact。
