Priority segments and their buying problems
Priority is judged by whether YUAN can win design-ins, generate production-volume demand, and build a long-term platform relationship. The primary buyer is an ISV / OEM / SI that must turn a model, camera, or prototype into a manufacturable product—not every end-user vertical.
| Priority | ICP | Typical friction | YUAN entry point | Primary conversion |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P1 | Vision AI ISV / Video Analytics | Has models, lacks camera, driver, BSP, thermal, and manufacturing capability | Edge AI appliance, NexVDO SDK, custom I/O, joint solution | Architecture review / EVK |
| P1 | Camera / Sensor OEM | Lacks Jetson carrier, FPGA, synchronization, and productization | Camera + Jetson reference design, BSP, ISP / I/O integration | Compatibility validation |
| P1 | Robotics / AMR OEM | Multi-camera, sensor fusion, low latency, power, ruggedization | GMSL / MIPI / Holoscan, synchronization, Orin / Thor platform | Perception kit / design-in |
| P1 | Surveillance / VMS SI | Existing SDI, HDMI, IP cameras are hard to move to edge AI | AI NVR, legacy modernization, DeepStream / VMS bridge | PoC appliance |
| P2 | Machine Builder / AOI | Needs deterministic latency, trigger, frame integrity | FPGA capture, RDMA, industrial vision appliance | Benchmark review |
| P2 | Smart City / Transportation SI | Camera fleets, outdoor environments, bandwidth, remote maintenance | Roadside edge AI, local inference, fleet management | Reference architecture |
